Warranty & Used/ Refurbished Condition

All of our Used & Certified Refurbished (Renewed) products have been tested and certified to work effectively. These products look like new at a better price than new, with minimal to no signs of wear. They will come with standard 90 day Parts and Labor warranty. Customers can be satisfied with their purchases at TinVIA Technology.

Certified refurbished products are previously opened and used products. These products are submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process of TinVIA Technology to achieve the highest quality and performance standards.

Because Used – Like New Items is Open-Box items coming from customers who may have ordered the wrong model, ordered too many units or no longer need the item. However, you do not need to worry because it does not affect the performance of your computer. The product is backed by a minimum 90-day warranty, and may arrive in a generic brown or white box.

Product Grading System:

    • Excellent: Looks brand new, no scuffs, no scratches, no dents or dings
    • Very Good: Minor scuffs or scratches, no dents or dings
    • Good: Normal to heavy scuffing and scratching, a few dents or dings
    • Fair: Significant scuffing or scratching, several dents or dings
    • Poor: Extreme scuffing or scratching, extreme dents, dings

Return Policy

To ensure the interests of customers, TinVIA Technology has a return policy if the product does not match the needs of the customer. You may return your merchandise to TinVIA within 30 days of the delivery date (after receiving an RMA), subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

    • All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If conditions differ, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to minimum charge a restocking fee of 20%.
    • You should check carefully before returning the product to TinVIA Technology. We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
    • We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
    • Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

    • If a credit card was used as payment, the credit card must be present at the time of return. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
    • If a debit card was used as payment, that debit card will need to be present at the time of the return.
    • Check refunds may take up to 14 business days
